Plug & Socket

Ganton Street, London (2001)

Big ideas deserve bold visuals—so we plugged in, quite literally. This giant sculptural plug and socket, mounted to the electrical substation powering Windsor Castle, has been a permanent fixture of Ganton Street since 2001. Frequently reimagined to stay fresh and surprising, it’s a cheeky piece of urban storytelling and one of Soho’s most beloved public art pieces.
